General Instructions
This working design of electrical lighting and power electrical equipment of office premises located at St. Petersburg, Primorsky Ave., 59, ap.3N, lit. A is made on the basis of:
• Engineering specification;
• architectural and construction drawings;
• assignments of related engineering sections;
• Instructions of the Electrical Department of PetroelectroSales JSC Lenenergo CJSC dated 04.07.2006
The consumers of electricity are:
• electric lighting;
• household electrical equipment included in the outlet networks;
• computer equipment;
• ventilation system electrical equipment;
The installed capacity of the electrical equipment of the complex as a whole is - 15.98kW.
The total design input power consumption is 12.5 kVA.
Calculation of electrical loads is performed in accordance with SP 311102003.
Power supply
Supply voltage 380/220 V.
Category of power supply according to reliability requirements - III (In office premises at the same time there are no more than 15 people).
Neutral operation mode - blind grounding.
TNS grounding system.
External power supply - existing VVG 5x10 cable from GRF is made according to project 718.03.PSOET1 of VTSTP SMK LLC
Power electrical equipment
Group voltage ~ 380/220 V.
Sections of supply and group networks are selected by design load current and checked by voltage loss.
Group networks are made in 3-wire version with cables with copper cores with double insulation with laying:
• hidden behind suspended ceilings in polyvinyl chloride trunks on cable structures (in the corridor) and on brackets (in the premises);
• opened by means of a system of cable channels on the walls of rooms;
Partitions are made of giprock, which refers to mat-rials of flammability group G1. Suspended ceilings of Armstrong type are non-combustible and belong to materials of flammability group G1.
In case of power supply of several electric receivers from one group line, branches of protective conductor (PE) should be made in branch or installation boxes by soldering, welding, pressure testing, etc.
The project provides for the development of a single-line electrical circuit diagram for internal lighting, household and computer networks, air conditioning.
Electric lighting
Voltage of the lighting network ~ 220 V .
The choice of types of lamps, their power and number are determined taking into account the categories of premises and sanitary standards. Lighting is provided by luminaires with fluorescent lamps.
Room lighting is controlled by switches installed in the places available for control. Room lighting switches with medium conditions different from normal ones are installed outside these rooms, or switches with appropriate degree of protection are used.
Exit lighting is provided in the building design, where office space is located.
Organization of energy consumption accounting
Accounting of electricity consumption is provided on SR and is carried out by the three-phase counter, direct-flow CE 6803V 3h550 ~ 380B/220B. Set the counter to one-tariff mode.
The meter must have a state check seal with a length of time of no more than 12 months .
Environmental conditions are normal. Air temperature + 15 + 250С throughout the year.
Electrical safety
In order to ensure safe operation of the electrical plant, this project provides for the following measures of protection against direct and indirect touching:
- Protective grounding (through the protective conductors of the k-white feeders);
- Automatic power-off;
- Use of safety shutdown devices
In the house, the main potential equalization system is performed in accordance with paragraph 7.1.87 of the PUE. An additional potential equalization system according to item 7.1.88 of the PUE is not required.
Evacuation lighting and light instructions "Exit" are absent, since in office premises there are no more than 15 people-eyelids at the same time.
Automatic Power Off
The design provides for automatic power cut-off, ensuring shutdown time in accordance with PUE requirements.
Lightning protection
It is provided in the building design, where office space is located.
Environmental protection activities
Disposal of spent gas discharge lamps is provided by submitting them to enterprises with special technological equipment for the neutralization of fluorescent, mercury and sodium lamps.
Organization of operation
The limit of balance sheet ownership and operational responsibility shall be determined by the act.
In accordance with PTE EP and MPOT RM, the electrical management shall be carried out by the person responsible for the electrical management with the safety team not lower than IV (deputy not lower than IV).
When replacing light sources, their rated power can be used not more than the lighting devices specified in the passport data. If this requirement is not met, the lighting device may be damaged (overheating) and ignited.
Scheduled repairs, preventive tests and reconstruction of the electrical network should be carried out by specialized organizations licensed for this type of work.
Installation Instructions
Installation of the electrical installation should be carried out by a specialized organization licensed for this type of activity.
Installation shall be performed in accordance with PUE and current regulatory documents.
List of hidden works, for which it is necessary to draw up acts:
- laying of cables behind suspended ceilings and in pipes;
- installation of extension and branching boxes behind suspended ceilings;
