Elastic coupling

Flexible couplings with torus-shaped shell (as per GOST 20884 - 93) Purpose: for shaft connection for torque transmission from 20 to 40000 N∙m, reduction of dynamic loads and compensation of shaft displacements, climatic versions U and T for categories 1 - 3, 5 climatic versions UHL and O for category 4 according to GOST 15150 - 69.GOST also provides for d and d1 over 150 mm and nominal torque of more than 20,000 N m. Limit deviations of size d by H8 are allowed. The standard provides for elastic couplings of two types: 1 - with a shell of a convex profile; 2-with concave profile shell. Half-couplings of each type are made in two versions: 1 - with cylindrical holes for short ends of shafts as per GOST 12080-66; 2 - with conical holes for short shaft ends as per GOST 12081-72. It is allowed to manufacture half-couplings for long ends of shafts as per GOST 12080-66 and GOST 12081-72, as well as to use other types of connections of half-couplings with shafts. Dimensions of key slots - as per GOST 23360-78 and GOST 10748-79. Angle tolerances of hole cones - 9th degree of accuracy GOST 8908-81. It is allowed to connect half-couplings of different versions with different diameters of mounting holes, if these half-couplings are designed to transmit the same nominal torque. It is allowed to reduce the landing hole in one of the half-couplings to the value set in the table for other rated torque.
