Description
The topic of the course project is the development of the technological process for the manufacture of the Shaft Driven part. The products of engineering enterprises play a decisive role in realizing the achievements of scientific and technological progress in all areas of the economy. Modern engineering includes such important industries as energy engineering, electrical engineering, construction and tool industry, instrument engineering, a number of separate industries that produce equipment for the mining and manufacturing industries, construction, transport engineering, automotive industry, tractor and agricultural engineering.
Improving production efficiency and product quality is essential for accelerating scientific and technological progress. One of the significant factors of technological progress in mechanical engineering is the improvement of production technology, the development of production processes when introducing new technological equipment and using advanced processing methods.
This part "Driven Shaft" is manufactured at the Polymir plant of Naftan OJSC. It is designed to install a driving gear on it and ensure the operability of a gear extrusion pump, which pumps molten polyethylene from the reactor to the granulator.

5.3 Organization of labor at the site
The main element of the production system is the work center, where two groups of tasks are solved. The first is technological, organizational and ergonomic tasks related to the design of workplaces, their certification, the development of technological processes, labor organization and operational production planning. The second is the tasks of planning labor resources and capital investments.
In the designed area, the following principles should be used in the development of workplaces: delegation of authority, specialization, parallelism of work, uniformity of their distribution, rhythmicity, economy, ergonomics, hygiene and aesthetics.
All operations of the technological process are equipped with devices: turning-screw-cutting - center; key-milling - prisms; threaded - center; denture - universal dividing head; circular-grinding - center gear grinding - universal dividing head.
Sizing is performed operationally by the operator. The workplace of the controller is organized on the site, which monitors the finished products.
Chips from the machines are transported to the chip collection and briquetting section.
In the case of equipment repair, measures are provided for the installation of metal cutting machines, which are started and accompanied by transportation. The main recommendations to be followed are:
1) When preparing for transportation, it is necessary to reliably attach all movable units of the machine on the bed.
2) Before transportation by the lifting crane, take into account the position of the center of gravity of the machine, reliably grip its protruding parts.
3) During transportation and installation it is necessary to exclude shocks, shocks and shocks of machine tools.
