Introduction
"Machine parts" is the first of the design courses in which they study the basics of the design and calculation of machines and mechanisms.
The implementation of the course project on machine details is the first independent creative work of students, during which many difficulties and contradictions arise. These include the sequencing of work, the correct design of subassemblies and parts, the selection of materials and design in general, the selection of a lubrication system, and the fulfillment of assembly conditions.
In the course design, it is necessary to design the drive to the screws of the mixers. To do this, you need to select and calculate the main units and parts for strength and bending, and you need to develop working drawings. The purpose of the project is to develop the most efficient drive design from an economic and technological point of view. The drive design shall be as close as possible to the specified operating conditions.
