Description of drive and gear box
The drive is a device for transferring energy from the engine to the working machine .
The drive consists of an asynchronous motor, an elastic bushing-flange coupling, a reduction gear and an open gear train. Motor shaft is connected directly to input shaft of reduction gear box by means of coupling. Gearbox is non-standard, chevron, single-stage. On the driven shaft of the reduction gearbox the SPG gear is installed. Electric motor and reduction gear box are installed on welded frame, which is bolted to foundation.
Reduction gear - a unit containing one or more mechanical gears enclosed in a sealed housing. Reduction gear is designed to decrease rotation speed and increase torque (T) of drive shaft.
Source Data
The synchronous speed of the motor shaft is 750 rpm. Drive is installed on welded frame.
The composition of the drive: a non-standard chevron single-stage gearbox, open gear cylinder gear.
Standard couplings.
Required power, Pm = 6.5 kW.
Operating machine shaft speed, nrm = 30 rpm.
Permissible deviation of machine shaft speed, [∆n]= 7%.
The service life of the drive during three-shift operation is 5 years.
Operating conditions: load - constant, uniform.
