Description
The axle box removal bench allows you to mechanize the main technological operations of disassembling roller axle boxes: screwing out the bolts of the attachment cover, locking plate, end stop washer, M110 nut. The stand can be used as an independent unit or complete with a mechanized rack and other technological equipment of the axle box removal section. The stand includes: a) a rotary spider installed on the frame, on which electric hooks are mounted: four-spindle for screwing bolts of the attachment cover; double-spindle for screwing of locking plate bolts; impact single-spindle for screwing of M110 nut; four-spindle for screwing of end lock washer bolts. and b) mechanisms for horizontal movement and lifting of the cross.
