Introduction

The exchange rate project provides for the creation of an enterprise in Russia, on the basis of which it is planned to organize the production and sale of materials and services related to woodworking.

The essence of the project is to create a comprehensive woodworking enterprise capable of producing high-quality, up-to-date deaf veneered inter-room doors using modern technologies.

In the early years, room wooden doors were used only to delimit space, today they are also endowed with an aesthetic function. Each door is regarded as a work of art. Elegant, with a soft noble color and pleasant texture. Meanwhile, wooden doors bring customers of these products a lot of useful things, for example: they protect from through, protect their personal space and delight with a pleasant appearance.

Veneered doors are a separate type of interior doors in which the door canvas is covered with a special natural material, called veneer. Veneer are the finest sections of natural wood. The distinctive feature of veneered doors is their natural appearance. But, unlike massif doors, veneered doors are much cheaper. Due to the fact that the door canvas is not made of an array, the door becomes much lighter than the door from the wood array. And also, the veneered doors react less to changes in humidity. It should be noted that due to plywood with a natural veneer, the door also looks graceful and representative like a door made of wood. Other positive qualities of veneered doors include their excellent soundproofing properties.

If you don't want to hear from your house what they say in the next room, you'll need a wire-shaped door. Veneer manufacturing technology allows you to make a high-quality veneer that is resistant to deformation and shipbuilding due to modern adhesive technologies. However, giving the aesthetic appearance of the door is not the only goal of proofing the door. Since veneer is made of high density wood species, veneer coating is lighter, but subject to mechanical damage, designed to protect this surface from premature wear.

Conclusion

The explanatory note of the course design of the workshop for the manufacture of a blind veneered door includes the general view of the product and the specification for parts and assemblies.

In the calculation and processing part, we justified the choice of the type and design of the product, made calculations: the required amount of wood and facing materials, production waste, consumption of main and auxiliary materials of the area of ​ ​ lumber warehouses, semi-finished products and finished products

Also in this chapter, we developed a process map, calculated the required amount of equipment, tools, grinding machines and in-house transport, briefly described the process and compiled a summary list of equipment and its loading.

In the construction part of the explanatory note, we calculated the area of ​ ​ the workshop as well as the natural lighting of the workshop.
