Description
In the bachelor's degree project, a 25 m3 vertical autoclave was developed for steaming natural gypsum and then obtaining high-strength gypsum from it. The design calculation of the autoclave, as well as calculations for the strength of its main units and parts, that is, calculations that confirm the operability and reliability of the structure, were carried out. Recommendations on manufacture, installation and operation of the developed apparatus are given, technical characteristics are compiled, patent search was carried out, and it was also established that the apparatus meets the requirements of safety and industrial sanitation. The graphic part of the work includes four drawings, which contain: a process diagram for the production of high-strength gypsum (format A1), an autoclave assembly drawing (format A1), drawings of assembly units and parts (2 format A1). The assembly drawings are scheduled. Therefore, the apparatus, although complex in design, requires considerable costs for manufacturing and bulky equipment for turning bayonet rings, but it leads to a significant intensification of the drying process and does not impair the quality of the gypsum.
