Diploma - an industrial complex consisting of an industrial building and an administrative and utility building.

This project involves an industrial complex consisting of an industrial building and an administrative and domestic building. The construction area is in the city of Grozny.

The single-story industrial building consists of two blocks: one with a reinforced concrete frame and the other with a steel frame. The blocks with reinforced concrete and steel frames are located next to each other. The reinforced concrete block has two spans, while the metal block has one span.

The administrative and domestic building is made of reinforced concrete, with an incomplete frame. It is connected to the industrial building by a covered gallery 10 meters long. It is located at the end of the industrial building. The frame was chosen to be prefabricated based on a technical and economic comparison of two options (prefabricated and monolithic).

During the construction of the industrial building with a reinforced concrete frame, a shuttle method of installation was adopted. Construction machinery and equipment were selected based on a technical and economic comparison.
