The purpose of the work is to develop a technological process for the manufacture of parts - a disk that ensures that the requirements for the accuracy of dimensions, shape and mutual arrangement of surfaces are met.

Introduction

The sustainability of all industries and the economy as a whole depends to a large extent on the level of development of engineering. As the sole supplier of capital resources to enterprises of other industries and acting as the main conductor of scientific and technological progress, it is this industry that provides all production with the necessary machines and equipment.

In addition, mechanical engineering affects the most important indicators of GDP, such as material intensity and energy intensity, is directly related to the state's defense capabilities and the level of environmental safety of production.

In the structure of industrial production of our country, the share of mechanical engineering is about 20%. Meanwhile, in economically developed countries, engineering industries account for from 30 to 50% or more of the total output of industrial products (in Germany - 53.6%, Japan - 51.5%, England - 39.6%, Italy - 36.4%, China - 35.2%). The threshold from the point of view of economic security is considered the level of engineering in GDP - 30%. Profits from the engineering industry ensure the complete re-equipment of the entire industry of the developed countries of the world every 8-10 years .

Modern engineering differs significantly from mechanical engineering five or ten years ago. Currently, this industry is based on knowledge-intensive, computer technologies. This is the main difference - the development and prosperity of the industry depends not only on the quantity and quality of electricity and resources, but also on the technologies used.

There was an opportunity to produce specialized machines and

robots with high efficiency, various settings. At the same time, mechanical units were gradually replaced by intelligent ones, which allows not only to accelerate production processes, but also to reduce the areas used.

Conclusion

In the process of writing course work, the technological process of manufacturing the Disk part was developed.

An analysis of the processability of the part design was carried out, showing that the part is tenthologous. Based on the estimate of the cost of obtaining the workpiece and its satisfaction with the requirements of unspecified roughness of the part, the possibility of maximum approximation of the dimensions of the workpiece to the dimensions of the part, the most optimal option was chosen - casting into a chill.

Technological bases for cutting processing have been determined, on the basis of which a route processing technology has been developed.

Time standards for operations are calculated taking into account cutting modes and processing allowances assigned to the corresponding operations.

Based on the data on the modes and time norms, a routing and operational description of the processing technology was compiled.
