Introduction

In this course project, we use the knowledge obtained as a result of studying the disciplines "Fundamentals of Mechanical Engineering Technology" and "Mechanical Engineering Technology"

Engineering technology is a technical science that studies the laws of theoretical and practical techniques for machining machine parts that provide the required quality of processing with a given production program with the lowest cost.

At present, the production company is striving for the most optimal engineering solutions in the design, manufacture and operation of technological equipment. Cutting is one of the main technological methods that ensure high quality and accuracy of machined parts.

In this course project, the following problems are solved for the manufacture of the bushing: determining the quotas and size of the machined part, determining the methods and stages of processing elementary surfaces, selecting equipment and equipment, calculating cutting and rationing modes for each operation and transition, as well as designing an accessory and compiling a set of documents for the technological process.

Conclusion

In this course work, theoretical foundations for designing a single manufacturing process for the sleeve were developed, including:

Determination of methods and stages of processing of elementary surfaces and calculation of basic technological time.

The definition of the type of production, the average production was chosen.

Analysis of procurement production options at minimum cost from two variants was carried out. As a result of comparing the cost of blanks from piece rolled and stamping, the most rational use of stamped blanks is.

Diagrams of basing and installation of the workpiece on machines are compiled.

Allowance for diametrical processing was calculated and diagrams of their graphic location of surface No. 1.2 were built
