Description
Development of bucket elevator drive. The designed machine unit serves as a drive to the agitator and can be used in production lines, the operation of which requires the preparation of process solutions. The drive consists of an electric motor, the shaft of which is connected through a V-belt transmission to the drive shaft of a cylindrical oblique gearbox with a vertical arrangement of shafts. The driven shaft of the gearbox is connected to the agitator shaft through an elastic coupling with a torus shell. The designed drive operates in 2 shifts in reverse mode. The nature of the load is with small fluctuations.
