Description
The purpose of the course project is to design
drive of the movement mechanism.
Kinematic and power calculations of the drive were made. Along
design and verification calculations were carried out using modern methods
chain transmission, as well as closed gears, shaft design,
bearings, keys, gearbox housing. The calculation should provide
the necessary performance of individual nodes, as well as the economic
expediency of their manufacture.
As a result, a belt conveyor drive was designed
optimal size and durability of nodes for at least 23915 hours.
The graphic part includes:
– assembly drawing of the gearbox – 1 sheet A1;
– assembly drawing of the drive – 1 sheet A1;
– drawings of parts – 1 sheet A1.
