Design of technology for cutting into a main oil pipeline

Description

The object of the research of the diploma project is "non-rotary joint of pipes with a diameter of 1020 mm." The subject of the research is a technological process.

 

The diploma project consists of an introduction, four chapters, and a conclusion.

 

The introduction substantiates the relevance of the chosen topic, formulates the goal and objectives of the study, indicates the object and subject of the study.

 

The first chapter is devoted to the study of technological issues, it reveals the concept, essence and types of welding, as well as the selection and calculation of welding modes.

 

The second chapter provides the selection, justification and choice of technological equipment "external centralizer for pipes".

 

The third chapter presents the economic justification for the use of this technological process.

 

The fourth chapter provides measures for the safety of using this process.

 

The conclusion contains the main findings and proposals for conducting a tap into the main oil pipeline.
