Characteristics of general space-planning and structural solutions

The building is a single-span one-story production building equipped with two bridge cranes of equal load capacity of heavy operating mode (7K). The frame of the building is steel. Columns - stepped-variable section. The section of the upper part of the column is a composite symmetrical I-beam. The lower part of the through section, consisting of two branches: an external (tent) branch from a composite channel, an internal (crane) branch from a rolling I-beam with parallel faces of the shelves; two-plane grid from corners. Rafter truss - from paired corners with parallel belts, triangular grid with posts.

The building is heated. The roof is warm in load-bearing structures, reinforced concrete. Roofing composition: steam insulation from one layer of ruberoid, insulation from mineral wool slabs, waterproofing carpet from 3 layers of ruberoid, protective layer from bitumen mastic with buried gravel 10 mm thick. Wall fence - ceramic concrete panels 5980mm wide.
