Design of electrical lighting of the lathe material warehouse

1 General provisions

The design of electrical lighting of the material warehouse of the lathe was developed on the basis of the following materials and regulatory documents:

- Client's Assignments;

- Rules for electrical installations (PUE) of 7;

- SP 52.13330.2011 "Natural and artificial lighting";

2 Electric lighting

The following types of lighting are provided in the building:

- operating at 220 V voltage;

- 220V emergency lighting;

- evacuation lighting at voltage 220V.

For power distribution for the equipment of lighting the installation of distributive guards of ShchO1 and ShchAO1 is provided. Distribution and lighting panels shall be manufactured according to GOST R 517782001 "Switchboards for industrial and public buildings."

Evacuation lighting is performed above the exit from the warehouse and along the escape route. The design provides for IP54 evacuation lighting fixtures with built-in batteries for battery life for 1 hours of constant illumination with 2x6W fluorescent lamps of PC180 type.

General lighting of the housing is made on overhead lamps with luminescent lamps LSP442x36W IP65. Lighting fixtures are installed on a steel tray, which is suspended directly from the steel elements of the floors. Above the loading gate there are light fixtures with metal-halogen lamps 250Vt IP54 of GPP250002 type in the amount of 3 pcs. The lamps are suspended directly from the steel floor elements.

Emergency lighting is provided on overhead lamps with fluorescent lamps LSP442x36W IP65.

For lighting control it is provided to install starters in lighting boards and push-button control posts in the amount of 3 pcs.

2 Electrical mains arrangement

Internal electrical networks are made by replaceable cables in PVC insulation and a shell that does not spread combustion and with low smoke emission with the index - ng-LS with copper cores, laid in pipes and on trays. For evacuation and emergency lighting, the use of cables with fire-resistant insulation and cladding for the duration of operation of 40min... 180min with an open flame with an index of -FR is provided.

Cables and wires are laid open on stamped tray, open in PVC pipes

Working and emergency lighting networks are separated in the tray by a steel partition.

Cable cores are provided with the following color:

- zero (N) operating conductor - blue;

- protective (PE) conductor - green-yellow;

- phase - black, brown, red, gray, orange.
