Introduction.
Air pollution by boiler plants is associated with emissions of toxic gases and fine ash into the chimney. In addition, at high temperatures, partial oxidation of nitrogen with the formation of nitrogen oxides occurs in the flare core. With incomplete combustion of fuel, carbon monoxide and even methane may appear in combustion products.
In this course project, a two-stage emission purification system was designed at Irkutsk CHPP I. Ash is formed from the combustion of coal from the Cheremkhovskoye deposit in boilers of the PK10 type.
Protection of atmospheric air from process and ventilation emissions is of great practical importance and is an integral part of engineering activities.
Substances entering the atmosphere directly due to human activity are usually classified as anthropogenic emissions and pollutants. Unlike natural ones, the number of anthropogenic pollutants is not infinite, although extremely large. With rare exceptions, they do not find their place in the cycle of substances without disrupting the cyclicity and closeness of natural processes, which causes damage to the nature of the planet. The most notable of them become objects of study and development of ways to neutralize the impact on the biosphere.
It is necessary to change the attitude of the human community to nature, to the problem of its preservation in order to ensure the sustainable development of future generations, so it is necessary to improve the professionalism of people making decisions in the field of environmental protection, in particular in the field of protection from industrial waste.
Currently, the development of any technological schemes includes measures to prevent pollution of the environment by harmful emissions. It is necessary that they ensure that the emissions of the developed production processes are completely cleaned as far as possible.
Conclusion
In the course design, possible dust and gas purification devices are calculated, the dependencies of particle diameters on their content are presented in the probabilistologarithmic grid.
As a result of the calculations, cyclone CP24 was adopted for the first stage of purification, EGA electrofilter 1401263 for the second stage of purification, due to their greatest economy and degree of purification compared to other devices.
