2.Resetting a Task
1. Construct a kinematic diagram of the motion of the pusher, taking into account the nature of the change in the speed of the pusher;
2. determine the main dimensions of the cam mechanism, the smallest dimensions taking into account the maximum allowable pressure angle;
3. build center and structural profiles of the cam and check the performance of transfer functions
Requirements for Cam Design
1) provide the specified driving law of the driven link (pusher);
2) ensure absence of jamming and fulfillment of condition αi≤αdop;
3) provide the smallest size of the cam mechanism.
