Introduction

A residential building (part of a residential building) is an individually defined building. It may consist of rooms and auxiliary rooms designed to satisfy citizens' household and other needs related to their living in such a building.

The modern typology of residential buildings is very diverse and has deep historical roots. It covers both the traditional experience in housing development and the development of recent years. Since housing construction is one of the most dynamic areas of architectural practice, the process of improvement and development of housing forms is ongoing. The very concept of "type of residential building" has been quite widely interpreted. This is reflected in various classifications of residential buildings that are found in the literature. The basis for the selection of types of residential buildings is a variety of properties of houses. However, the most stable and common signs for determining the type of house are considered: storey; type of communications providing access to residential cells and communication with the ground level. This gives rise to the most general, fundamental division of buildings by type. It is given in schematic form. As for the storey, two large groups are distinguished: without elevator and elevator residential buildings. Inside these large groups there are smaller groups, differing in the arrangement of stairs, the number of elevators and other characteristics.

On the instructions of the Department "Construction of Buildings and Structures," the thesis considered the issue of designing a seven-story sectional residential building in Tashkent.

The graduation work consists of an introduction, 4 chapters, a bibliographic list. The amount of work is 82 pages.

I.3 Volumetric planning solution of the building

On assignment, a gallery residential building was designed. Overall dimensions of the building (37.8 x16.4m2). Dimensions of the building in axes (37.2 x 15.6 m2). The building is designed seven-storey, with a floor height of 3.0 m. The pitch of the load-bearing longitudinal walls (2.4m; 7.2 m). Spacing of bearing transverse walls (7.6m; 5.8 m). A 28m apartment section residential building was designed. Each residential section consists of a group of apartments with repeating floor plans, combined by the volume of the stairwell and elevator. Entrances to apartments are carried out from storey sites. An example of a residential section layout is shown in the drawing.

One bedroom apartment.

One bedroom apartment consists of one common room (S16.4m2), bedroom (S = 13.8m2), kitchen (S = 8m2), front (S = 4m2), sanitary unit (S = 3.8m2). The entire space is in the same level. Entrance to the apartment is carried out from a storey platform. A common room is connected to the front, the width of the front (1.5m2), the kitchen adjoins it. The bedroom is entered through a common room. The apartment has one built-in cabinet (S = 1m2), located in the entrance hall (S = 81.3 * 1, 5m2),. The apartment is located on two sides of the horizon north-south, provided with through ventilation. The bedroom has a window and doorway that lead to the summer room. In the common room there is a window opening and a door leading to the summer room, the ratio of the window area to the floor area (1 m). The windows are oriented north. The bedroom and the common room are lit through the summer room. Kitchen, bathroom has ventilation shaft.

The structures of the building have been accepted with appropriate fire resistance, implemented and provided with safety for the evacuation of people. The building has cold and hot water supply, sewage system, water heating and gasified .

Three-bedroom apartment.

Three-bedroom apartment consists of one common room (S16.4m2), two bedrooms (S = 14.2m2), (S = 9.3m2), kitchen (S = 7.6m2), front (S = 1.3 * 2m2), corridor (S = 2 * 0.9m2), sanitary unit (S = 5.8m2), storage room (S = 2), storage room (S = 8) Entrance to the apartment is from the gallery. Connected to the front is a common room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom. From the front corridor 0.9 m wide leads to the bedroom. The second bedroom is entered through a common room. The summer room has a connection with two bedrooms. The apartment has one built-in cabinet located in the entrance hall (S = 1.5 m2),. The apartment is located on two sides of the horizon of the north-east, provided with angular ventilation. Sleeping rooms and a common room have window and door openings, the ratio of window area to floor area (1 m). The windows are oriented northeast and north. Two bedrooms are lit through the summer room (S = 1.5 * 7, 2m2). Kitchen, bathroom has ventilation shaft.

The structures of the building have been accepted with appropriate fire resistance, implemented and provided with safety for the evacuation of people. The building has cold and hot water supply, sewage system, water heating and gasified.

I.4 structural solution of the building

1. Snapping Features to Breakout Axes

The structural system is accepted in course work for the designed gallery two-story house with load-bearing walls of 380mm. In buildings with load-bearing walls, inner faces of external load-bearing walls are displaced by a distance equal to half the thickness of the internal load-bearing wall, inward from the layout axes. Geometric axes of internal structural walls are aligned with layout axes.

2. Bases

The prefabricated tape foundation of the brand F1012, F10 was designed, it is usually arranged for bearing walls.. In course work, the width of the bottom of the tape foundation for one-story buildings is 1.0 m.
