Description

As a result of the calculations, the following main parameters of the drive were determined:
1. Overall gear ratio of the drive – 11.625
2. Gear ratio of the gearbox – 3.875
3. Center distance of the gearbox – 140 mm
5. Center distance of the belt drive – 1480 mm
6. Belt length – 4146.2 mm
7. Belt width – 50 mm
It is proposed to use an electric motor of the AIR series, model AIR100L4, with a rated power of 4 kW and a nominal rotational frequency of 1395 min-1 for the drive.
