Object – movable cantilever crane.
The goal of the course project was to design a movable electric cantilever crane. During the design, the lifting mechanism was calculated for a load capacity of 8 tons, a block ratio of 2 was chosen, and accordingly, a drum with double-sided winding was selected; the mechanism for moving the trolley; the mechanism for moving the crane.
The metal structure itself is designed in such a way that the lifting and trolley movement mechanisms are located on the load trolley, which moves along two horizontal beams attached to vertical ones. The crane's movement mechanism is located on a horizontal crossbeam, directly at the drive wheel. The stability of the crane in the vertical plane is ensured by horizontal rollers located at the ends of the vertical beams. The horizontal beams along which the load trolley moves have a box-like structure.
The graphical part was created using the graphic editor
“3D KOMPAS 12”, the calculation part – using “Microsoft Word”.
