WALLS bearing from mesh-concrete blocks outside are finished with colored textured brick.
Thermal insulation of the external walls comply with the requirements of MGSN 2.01.94 and SNiP II379 * * (1998 editions) for the 2nd stage on energy saving. Internal partitions of mesh-concrete blocks.
FOUNDATIONS: bored piles connected by a roof, there is no basement.
CAST-in-situ FLOORS 150 mm thick.
COLD ROOF bearing roof frame made of wooden structures. Roofing - soft bitumen tiles.
CAST-IN-SITU staircases, external staircases with natural stone trim, internal staircases to the second floor with wood trim.
