Roller screens are used for sorting (separation) of lump technological materials. The roller screen (Fig. 1) consists of a frame 1 on which are mounted rotating shafts 2 with disks 3 eccentrically mounted on them. 
The rotation of the shafts is carried out from the drive roller 4 through chain transmissions 5. The drive roll rotates from a drive that includes an electric motor 6 and a clutch 7 , two-stage gearbox 8 and open chain transmission 9. Pieces of process material fall onto the screen. Small pieces spill out into the gaps between the disks, and large pieces are pushed by the disks along the screen and fall into the outlet tray 10.
