Dehydrator drive

This dehydrator refers to devices for drying wet material by squeezing, for example, a product of malt processing ("grain") and can be used in the food industry. The nozzle is made in the form of hollow cylindrical and conical parts, rigidly connected to each other, while the conical part is made in the form of a truncated polyhedral pyramid, rigidly connected by its top to the shaft, and the base to the cylindrical part. The dewaterer is additionally equipped with a perforated sleeve covering the gap between the body and the nozzle with the possibility of adjusting the gap, and a return tray attached to the end of the perforated sleeve on the side of the cylindrical part of the nozzle. The dewaterer must ensure that the moisture content of the feedstock is reduced and that efficiency and productivity are increased.
