1. Introduction

It is required to develop an architectural and structural design, where the designed building refers to structures for living, as well as a public building - a bakery denominator store with a trading area of ​ ​ 250m2 in a built-in block to a 9-story block section. Building class - 1, fire resistance degree - 2, durability degree - 2.

The construction site is Lipetsk.

The terrain is calm, with a slight slope.

Soil conditions: bulk soil - 0.6 m, fine sand of dense composition - 2.3 m, clay of solid structure - 8.0 m

Groundwater level below the ground surface by 3.5 m.

The building is classified by purpose as public.

Dominant winds in winter - southwest,

in the summer - northwest

4. Constructive solution

The designed building has 2 structural solutions:

1. For a residential block - large-panel small pitch transverse structural walls

2. The public unit has a frame panel structural scheme.

Foundations are provided for:

1. In the residential building - tape from large panels, laying depth - -3.550 m.

2. In the public block - glass-type prefabricated buildings.

Vertical waterproofing of the basement walls - coating with hot bitumen in 2 times.

External walls - bearing, three-layer with flexible bonds, thickness 270 mm, with insulation - polystyrene foam, sound= 100 kg/m3 .

Columns have a section of 300 * 300. Girders - a T-section with a shelf down for resting floor slabs. The height of the girders is 450 mm. The joint of the crossbar with the column is solved with a hidden console and welding to the embedded part of the column console .

Floors are represented by slabs, reinforced concrete, 220 mm high, laid on the shelves of the girders.

Roof construction.

In the residential building - an attic with a cold attic .

The water flow is internal, 2 funnels are provided.

In the public building - attic, the thickness of the insulation is structurally accepted 250 mm. Roof - floating "Uniflex." The watershed for the public block is external, 2 funnels are provided.

Access to the roof in the residential building is provided from the upper staircase.

Deformation seam between residential housing and attached one is solved by means of

brick walls.

6. Elevation solution and interior decoration

The main facade is a composition of 2 blocks: a 9-story residential building and a public building - a store. The first block is a 9-story building, which allows you to create a somewhat unusual appearance of the building.

The outer wall of the second block is a structure with stained glass windows.

Interior decoration.

Floors in a public building are parquet, with the exception of utility rooms, where a linoleum and shopping rooms are laid, where floor tiles are used.

In residential rooms, walls are glued with wallpaper; and in other rooms the ceiling is glued with tiles of light gray color.
