Description

In this course work, a hydraulic single-bucket excavator with a straight blade was calculated, namely the main parameters of the bucket and excavator, cutting forces and drive power were determined. Further, strength calculation of individual parts, stability calculation, performance calculation and traction calculation. Safety precautions are considered when working with an excavator. The course work contains 30 pages of DBE. Graphic: General view of excavator, assembly drawing of working equipment + specification, bucket section (built according to calculated parameters).

Introduction

Improvement and acceleration of construction production, raising it to a qualitatively new level is possible only due to industrialization and complex mechanization of the main labor-intensive works with the ultimate goal of completely eliminating manual labor.

The wide introduction of integrated mechanization helps to reduce the construction time and its cost, increase labor productivity. In turn, complex mechanization is not possible without saturating the construction with the necessary number of high-performance machines and equipment.

Any construction process begins with earthworks, i.e. excavation, relocation or loading on vehicles. So, for the construction of bases or foundations of any building or structure, pits of the necessary sizes and depths are opened, and for the laying of external networks of pipelines - trenches. Sometimes, for the construction of such structures as dams, dams or roads, embankments are arranged, and with rolling of soil.

Earthworks of their specific weight in the total volume of construction work are the most massive and laborious, and therefore it is not possible to handle them manually. In their implementation, mechanized methods of work are extremely necessary through the use of special earth-moving and earth-moving vehicles. These machines mainly affect the soil, that is, they develop it by cutting - such machines include various types of excavators.
