Conclusion
A project for organizing the construction of a 9-storey 72-apartment residential building has been completed.
A description of the architectural and structural solutions of the structure was carried out, a calendar plan for the construction of the facility    was developed.
A list of labor costs and machine time    , a card-determiner of the network schedule is given. The choice of methods for organizing construction production, the calculation of the network schedule, the description of the type and structure of the schedule are made  . Calculations were made according to the schedule of workers' needs.
The standard construction period has also been determined. A construction master plan has been designed.
Main technical and economic indicators of the project:
- labor intensity of construction and installation works – 26095 man-days;
- labor intensity of construction and installation work per unit of final product – 1.62 man-days/m3, 4.8 man-days/m2;
- indicator of the use of the area of the master plan for temporary buildings, structures and devices. – 0,32;
- average number of workers Ncp – 13 people;
- estimated (planned in the project) duration of construction according to the calendar schedule – 9.6 months.
Thus, it can be concluded that the solution of the tasks set in the course project is complete. 
The practical orientation of the work and the scope of its application lies in the possibility of carrying out the project in nature.
