There is a large volume of transportation of people and small goods in our time. In this regard, fundamentally new requirements for transport are put in place. First of all, it is necessary: to increase labor productivity; reduce transportation costs; prevent product quality reduction and reduce losses in transportation, transshipment and storage of products; uninterrupted supply of food to the population; To make careful use of the land allocated for roads; improve working conditions in transport, transshipment and storage of goods; In order to increase productivity, cleaning and storage of the produced products without loss, it is especially important to fully coordinate transportation, transshipment and storage work with other operations and rationalize them as much as possible. Transport works are characterized by a number of disadvantages, namely, the variety of goods, the long distance, the heavy road conditions, etc., so transport transport must be given appropriate attention and improve working conditions. One of the most important problems facing road transport is improving the operational reliability of cars, and reducing the cost of maintaining them. The solution to this problem, on the one hand, is provided by the automotive industry through the production of cars with great reliability and processability (repairability), on the other hand, by improving methods of technical operation of cars; increase of labor productivity, decrease of labour intensity of maintenance works and repair of cars; increase of their overhaul runs. This requires the creation of the necessary production base for maintaining the rolling stock in good condition, the widespread use of mechanization and automation of production processes, expansion of construction and improvement of road quality. Their decision requires studying regularities of change of technical condition, the car (unit, knot, the mechanism) under the influence of various factors in the course of its operation. Knowledge of these laws determines the development and application of scientifically sound methods for maintaining cars in a technically serviceable state, that is, managing their operability. These methods are based on the use of mathematical statistics, probability theory, reliability theory, diagnostics and other disciplines.
Issues related to the organization of logistics and scientifically based rationing include processes, before transportation (receipt) of storage, distribution, rationing of the consumption of operational and repair materials, spare parts, units and measures to save them, ensuring a reduction in the cost of maintaining the fleet of vehicles. The most important task of the technical operation of cars is to improve the design methods of the technical base: ATP, garages and maintenance stations, which ensure the fulfillment of all the above requirements for the maintenance of the fleet of cars.
Method Selection and Process Diagram at Design Site
In harvesting operations, it is most rational to use in-line, since when using the in-line line, the productivity of this zone increases, and this is necessary with a large number of cars.
The UMR process includes the following items:
Cleaning of the cabin → mechanized washing → house and wiping.

Jet-brush plants have a combined device of brushes as a working tool, as well as nozzles through which water or detergent solution is supplied. Used for washing buses, cars and trucks vans.
Wiping the body dry after the final rinsing with clean water, while removing moisture from the outer surfaces of the body, as well as, if necessary, removing the dirt left after washing the car, washing the car. To wipe manually, suede, flatter and other hygroscopic materials are used.

Safety precautions
7.1 Preparation of solutions
When preparing and using detergent solutions, be careful, in case of careless filling of preparations, it is possible to form a "dust cloud," and when mixing the solution, spray it and get on the mucous membrane of the eyes. Unpack bags and pour out detergents carefully, not dust, turning on the exhaust ventilation. At the same time, use restaurators and protective glasses.
Perform external washing of equipment only when the engine is switched off, there are stops under wheels, closed windows and cockpit doors and after the driver leaves the cockpit.
During hose washing, make sure that the jets of water, detergent solution do not reach the open current conductors and equipment, as well as the water pressure of the detergent solution in the pistol, which should be 1.2-1.6 MPa. An increase in pressure is not allowed, since you can not hold the hose. Do not direct the water stream of the detergent solution towards people.
Clean machine units from dust with compressed air jet in protective goggles and hoses. Do not direct a stream of air towards people.
At the noticed malfunctions of the production equipment and tool and also if at touch to the car, the machine, the unit action of electric current is felt or strong heating of electrical wires of electric motors, electrical accessories, emergence of sparking or wire breakage and t of takes place, warn working about danger, not slowly inform the unit manager and take measures for elimination of an emergency.

In case of electric shock, release the victim as soon as possible from the action of the current, since the duration of its action determines the severity of the injury. To do this, quickly turn off the part of the electrical installation that the victim touches with a chopper or other disconnecting device.
If it is impossible to quickly disconnect the electrical installation, it is necessary to separate the victim from the current-carrying parts.
7.2 Safety Requirements for Basic Works
The safety of the car wash is quite specific and includes a number of strict rules:
- Preventing contact with mobile parts of the car wash of customers and especially children.
- Any procedures in the process of washing - the beginning of the complex, the arrival of the next car and so on - are indicated by a warning signal.
- Warning signal shall sound 5 seconds before start and 5 seconds after start.
- Carefully study the operating manual in order to fully understand the principles and intricacies of the car wash.
7.3 Room Safety Requirements
Safety technique inside the car washing complex
1. Restrict the movement of customers through the complex only in the latrine and aisle area. Only employees can be in the portal complex itself.
2. If the client is inside the car during washing, and there was a failure, first you need to de-energize all the equipment, and then help the client get out.
4. Only by permission of the manager can the staff enter the inside of the washing complex during operation.
5. Be careful when passing through washing zones - water, foam, wax make the floor very slippery .
6. At least two employees are required to operate the equipment.
7. Maximum lighting allows the client to thoroughly see all the work of the car wash, in addition, it helps reduce injuries among staff.
8. The coating inside the car wash must be in perfect condition.
9. Remember that even disconnected equipment without a complete shutdown does not guarantee safety .
Safety technique outside the car washing complex
1. Warn the client that while washing, he does not keep his hands on the steering wheel, and does not touch the pedals with his foot .
2. Explain to the client that during the entire process he should be inside the car. If the client first uses the services of the complex, warn about the sound signal.
3. If the customer does not want to sit in the car while washing, the car can wash without a driver. After washing, the client receives his car away.
4. The caller must be in place before leaving the wash. It signals the driver about the moment when it is possible to start the engine and start independent movement.
