Introduction

The creation of a modern machine requires a comprehensive analysis of its design from the designer. The design must meet numerous requirements that are in conflict. For example, minimum dynamic loading must be combined with high speed, sufficient reliability and durability must be ensured with minimum dimensions and weight. The production and operation costs shall be minimal, but ensuring that the specified parameters are achieved. From a valid set of solutions, the designer selects a compromise solution with a certain set of parameters and performs a comparative assessment of various options. There are usually several numerical measures of solution performance, called quality criteria or objective function, by which to evaluate the design. The main criteria are identified, and auxiliary indicators are used as a restriction imposed on the elements of the solution. Currently, calculations are carried out on a computer, which allows you to evaluate the design according to many quality criteria and find the maximum performance indicator.

Conclusion

During the course project, drawings were made of the synthesis and analysis of the planetary mechanism, cam mechanism, power analysis of the mechanism and the synthesis of the lever mechanism. Consequently, knowledge of the theory of mechanisms and machines is enshrined.
