Introduction

Course work involves the design of the organization of construction production for the development of the allotted area for a nine-story monolithic house in Krasnodar. Course work in the discipline is the natural completion of the formations of knowledge of a civil engineer. This work provides for familiarization of the student with the normative literature used in determining the timing of the construction of buildings and structures, etc., and technical literature. In addition, as part of the course work, the development of the graphic part of the construction plan, its development, with calculations of warehouse areas, is provided; selection of lifting mechanisms; with the calculation of temporary buildings and structures, etc.

No less important for understanding the construction organization process and its management is the development of a construction schedule. On its basis, a schedule for the movement of labor is being built, and a coefficient of unevenness in the movement of labor is being calculated .

Proposals for quality control of construction and installation works, as well as equipment, structures and materials supplied to the site and installed

At Construction Inspection check compliance of quality indicators of purchased (received) materials, products and equipment with the requirements of standards, technical specifications or technical certificates for them specified in the design documentation.

At the same time, the presence and content of the accompanying documents of the supplier (manufacturer) confirming the quality of the specified materials, products and equipment are checked.

If necessary, control measurements and tests of the above parameters may be performed. Methods and means of these measurements and tests shall comply with the requirements of the standards, technical specifications and technical certificates for materials, products and equipment, the results of incoming control shall be documented.

Materials, products, equipment whose non-compliance with the established requirements was revealed by input control should be separated from suitable ones and marked. Work using these materials, products and equipment should be suspended.

Proposals for the organization of the geodetic control service

At the construction site, organize a geodetic control service, which will be engaged in geodetic control of accuracy during construction and installation work.

List of measures and design solutions to determine technical means and working methods that ensure compliance with labor protection regulatory requirements

The territory of the construction site should be protected in order to avoid access of unauthorized persons. On the construction site, install a fire shield with inventory primary fire extinguishing equipment. At the entrance to the construction site, install a shield with a fire protection plan, indicating on it the location of fire hydrants, fire extinguishing equipment and communications.

The construction site, work areas and workplaces, driveways and passageways to them in the dark should be illuminated in accordance with the requirements of state standards. Indoor lighting shall comply with building codes and regulations.

It is allowed to place materials on the roof only in places with the use of measures against their fall, including from the effects of wind. During interruptions in operation, process accessories, materials and tools shall be fixed or removed from the roof. The material stock must not exceed the replacement requirement.

The location of permanent and temporary transport routes, mechanized installations, storage areas and other devices shall strictly correspond to the location specified in the design.

Description of design solutions and measures for environmental protection during construction

This project provides for the following measures to protect the natural environment during the construction period:

- during earthworks and planning works, the soil layer suitable for further use is previously removed and stored in a specially designated place;

- in order to reduce the negative impact on vegetation during work, it is necessary to exclude the possibility of damage to green spaces and grass cover outside the construction site;

- root necks are not allowed to be filled with soil;

- construction waste and waste are stored at specially designated sites with subsequent removal to landfill;

- burial of defective prefabricated reinforced concrete products on the site,

- incineration of combustible waste and construction waste is not allowed.

Take out construction debris by car dump trucks of the type ShaanxiMAN carrying capacity of 25 tons to the city landfill of MSW. Garbage shall be loaded by excavator equipped with reverse shovel with ladle capacity of 0.5 m3.

In this thesis, a project was developed to organize the construction of a nine-story residential building .

In tabular form, volumes and nomenclature of main construction works were calculated.

The following tasks were solved: choosing a rational way to organize construction and installation work; design of the construction schedule; design of the construction master plan.
