Part Assignment and Working Conditions

Flow rectifier is intended for oil liquid flow straightening. Operation of flow rectifier: rotating at constant frequency, output

the flow straightener aligns the non-constant flow .

Description of operation of accessory

Installation (removal) of the workpiece.

Blank is installed in conductor plate (2), which is centered relative to housing of accessory (1) by three pins. Quick-release washer (10) is installed on rod (3). The withdrawal is done in reverse order.

Blank clamp.

Compressed air from the system enters the cavity above the piston (cavity A), and the cavity under the piston (cavity B) communicates with the atmosphere. Under the action of compressed air pressure, piston (4) moves downwards. Force is transmitted through rod to quick-detachable washer, by means of which blank is clamped.

Release the workpiece.

Cavity A communicates with atmosphere, and compressed air is supplied to cavity B from system. Piston rises upwards until stop. The workpiece is expanded .
