Description
The conductor of this design is designed to drill two holes in a cylindrical part, which is shown in the drawing as a thin solid line. The machined part is installed in the cross-shaped hole of the part pos. 3. Part pos. 4 serves as a stop of the workpiece. Clamping of the part in the conductor is performed by means of hinged fork pos. 3 and screws pos. 6. Conductor bushings are installed to guide the cutting tool (drill) along the axes of the holes. 5. Guide housing pos. 1 is attached to the machine by four bolts. Relative to the tool prism. 2 is installed by longitudinal movement and is fixed by screw pos. 12.
