Description
The proposed equipment for automation has increased requirements for speed control, in addition, the electric motor in this equipment must operate in difficult conditions of frequent starts and stops. In this electric drive, according to the technical specification, we use an asynchronous electric motor with a phase rotor. In accordance with the technical requirements, we choose an asynchronous motor with a 4ANK-200L-8U3 phase rotor with the following power: RN = 22 kW, eating from three phase network on tension: UH = 380 V. The engine has the following data: • Idle speed n0 = 750 rpm; • Nominal slip SH = 0,045; • Nominal cos = 0.79; • Efficiency factor 87%; • Maximum torque Mmax = 733 N * m; • Rated motor rotor current I2n = 40 A. • Rated motor rotor EMF E2n = 330 V.
