Introduction
Engineering technology is a science that studies and establishes the patterns of processing processes and parameters, the effects on which most effectively affect the intensification of processes and increase their accuracy.
The production efficiency its technical progress, quality of products in many respects depends on the advancing development of production of the new equipment, machines, machines and devices, on the global introduction of the technical and economic analysis providing the solution of technical questions and constructive developments.
The main task in course design is that when working on the project, proposals are made to improve the existing technology, equipment, organization and economy of production, significantly ahead of the modern production process for the manufacture of the part.
1 General section
1.1 The purpose of the project and its connection with the tasks of mechanical engineering
Engineering technology is a science that studies and establishes the patterns of processing processes and parameters, the effects on which most effectively affect the intensification of processes and increase their accuracy.
The main direction of economic and social development during the period of the market economy of Russia is to ensure the correct reconstruction of the machine-building complex, to carry out technical restructuring of production.
The solution of these problems is associated with a significant improvement in the quality and reliability of the machines produced, equipment and instruments, increasing their technical level, continuing work to increase the capacity of equipment, units and installations, which allows improving their performance and increasing the degree of automation of production processes, create systems of machines and instruments that allow to mechanize and automate the entire technological cycle of production from receipt to shipment of finished products.
In this diploma project, the issues of improving the existing process were considered, progressive cutting modes were introduced, the labor intensity of manufacturing the part was reduced, the number of workers was reduced, and the economic effect of introducing a new process was calculated.
1.2 Description of assembly unit design
The housing part is a diaphragm drive of the optical head DSC35, which is included in the TV system KD1.

2.1 Development of routing process
