In the designed building, the following engineering networks: hot and cold water supply, sewerage, heat supply, power supply, communications.
Water supply, domestic drinking water from centralized networks, head at the base of risers 26 m/38/.
Hot water supply is central, from city networks.
Domestic sewerage system with output to external network/38/.
Central water heating with heat carrier parameters 15070 С. Heating devices - bimetallic radiator BILUX plus 500, are installed in window sills.
Power supply - from external independent power supplies, voltage 220 V.
Lighting is made of fluorescent lamps and incandescent lamps.
The ventilation is natural, made in the cavity of internal brick walls, the section of channels is 250120 mm.
In the designed building there is a device of low-current networks: telephoning of rooms, device of means of mass warning and alarm, laying of cables for computer networks.
