Description
As part of this project, it is necessary to develop a chain conveyor drive. Chain conveyor is designed for continuous horizontal transportation of piece cargoes. The movement of the traction chain is carried out by two stars. Rotation is transmitted to them by means of cylindrical reduction gear, chain transmission and asynchronous electric motor. Rotation is transmitted from engine to reduction gear box through elastic clutch. Connection of drive and slow-moving shafts is carried out by means of chain transmission. Drive station is mounted on welded frame of conveyor.

Drive station is mounted on welded frame of conveyor.
Power is supplied from the AC 3-phase current network with a frequency of 50 Hz and a voltage of 380V. Design life of 10000 hours at reliability of rolling bearings 90%, gears 98%. Production of small-scale 1000 pieces per year.
