Description
When manufacturing a large number of identical square holes, special drills are used. Previously, round holes are drilled in the part, then the round hole is drilled to square with a special three-tooth drill. Unlike the usual one, the axis of such a drill bit moves somewhat parallel to itself during rotation. Cylindrical end of drill is secured in replaceable bushing 3. Bushing 3 is inserted into floating sleeve 2, in which bushing and drill bit are locked with screw 8. The floating cup 2 has a groove for protruding the floating disc 4. The other projection of the disc 4, located perpendicular to the first one, enters the groove of the shank 1. The shank is connected to the spindle of the machine. Screws 7 connect parts 1 and 5.
