1.2 Organizational and technological diagram of basic works

The following provisions have been adopted in determining the methods of construction organization:

Year-round execution of construction and installation works by a contracting method by the general contracting organization with the involvement of subcontracting organizations is accepted.

During the construction of the site allotted for construction, a comprehensive flow is provided, covering: engineering preparation of the territory, construction of the foundation of the building, construction of the above-ground part. Special construction works are performed by subcontracting specialized organizations.

Application of integrated mechanization of main construction works using mechanisms in 1 shift.

Supply of construction structures, materials and products is provided by contractors-executors with their delivery by road.

During construction it is necessary to organize control and acceptance of incoming structures, parts and materials.

Geodetic works according to SP 126.13330.2012 "Geodetic Works in Construction" shall be performed prior to the start of construction and installation works, after preparation of the construction site area.

After the geodetic works are completed, the work of the preparatory period for the preparation of the construction site begins, which includes work on:

- provision of working sanitary facilities,

- provision of construction site with means of fire extinguishing,

- provision of construction site with energy resources, heat and gas supply,

-water supply.

Installation of the main structures is carried out in the following organizational and technological sequence:

I. The first mounting flow includes a monolithic foundation arrangement.

II. The second mounting flow includes the installation of the main frame columns.

III. The third assembly stream includes the installation of crane beams, rafters, coating plates and scaffolding columns.

IV. The fourth mounting flow includes wall panel mounting work.
