Conclusion

As a result of the work, the following tasks were solved:

1. Analysis of existing structures and selection of existing mechanism analogue

2. A preliminary calculation of the lifting mechanism was made: a rope was selected, the main geometric parameters of the drum were determined, the standard components of the mechanism were selected - engine, reduction gear box, clutch.

3. Starting processes were calculated, the engine was checked for heating.

4. Final calculation of drum assembly is performed.
