Introduction

Excavator with a grab grip (bucket), it is this type of special equipment that is most often used on construction sites. For convenience and simplicity, an excavator with a grab bucket fixed to it is most often called simply a grab.

On excavators with hydraulic drive rigidly suspended grabbers are installed, which are fixed on handles of reverse shovel instead of ladle. The main advantage of a rigidly suspended grab is that they can create the necessary pressure on the ground during crashing, that is, regardless of the mass of the grab, develop dense soils.

It is perfectly suitable for digging pits, both during large-scale construction and various kinds of work on areas owned by ordinary citizens, where the use of an ordinary excavating ladle is already difficult. Especially do not replace the grayfer during loading and unloading of building materials - sand, gravel, slag, etc.

Conclusion

As part of the course project, the main designs of grabbers based on single-bucket excavators were considered. The working tool of a single-bucket excavator, a type of two-person grapher based on the obtained initial data, was also calculated and designed. In this work there is a graphic part, which presents a drawing of the general view of the excavator, an assembly drawing of working equipment, as well as details of some parts.
