In this course project, the mechanical loads on the wires of overhead power lines were determined and their strength was calculated, the design loads on the intermediate support were determined, the reactions of the supports were calculated, the design forces in the rods of the lower support section were determined, the central node of the lower section of the support was calculated and designed, the material was selected and the cross-sections of the support rods for strength were calculated, the foundation was calculated for various types of loads.

The kinematic calculation of the gearbox is carried out. The design of the gearbox was carried out. Calculations for the strength of gearbox parts - gears, shafts, bearings, cast parts of the housing - are performed. Design calculations of keyways were carried out.
