Characteristics of the building

The designed building of the center is supposed to be located at the address: St. Petersburg, intersection of Pyativok Avenue, Russian Avenue, Kollontai St., pr. Bolsheviks at the Prospect Bolshevikov metro station. Functionally, the building is divided into 2 blocks: a public administrative part and parking for cars. The total area of ​ ​ the first floor is 5495.9 mq., The second - 26488.34 m. Sq., the third - 26210.59 m. Sq., The fourth - 23210.97 m. Sq., the fifth - 21807.41 m. Sq., the sixth - 7926.63 mq. The total area of ​ ​ 728 floors is 3512.8 for each floor, respectively. Area 1, -2, -3 floors 8855.89 m.q. accordingly. Parking for 230 parking spaces for cars is located from 1-3 underground floors, 702 parking spaces on the 4th floor and 632 spaces on the 5th floor of the building.

The fire resistance rating of the building according to the project is II.

Master Plan Review

Examination of the master plan reveals compliance with the current zoning standards of the territory, mutual placement of zones taking into account the terrain, prevailing winds, the presence of entrances, entrances and roads, the presence of fire water supply.

One of the most important areas is the observance of fire distances. When checking draft master plans, it is advisable to indicate fire safety requirements, sanitary standards and choose the most optimal solutions from a technical and economic point of view.

For public-administrative buildings, fire requirements are checked in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 123 "Technical Regulations on the Requirements of PB, Codes of Rules and SNiP 2.07.0189 *" Urban Planning. The master plan indicates entrances, roads, driveways, sections of planned and landscaped territory, buildings and structures, terrain and the "rose of the winds."

Before conducting an examination of the general plan of the facility, it is necessary to study the fire requirements of the codes of rules, as well as the relevant departmental regulatory documents.

In order to create conditions to prevent the occurrence, limit the spread and successfully extinguish fires, the following factors must be taken into account when designing the master plans of objects:

- mutual location of buildings and structures taking into account zoning, wind rose and terrain;

- compliance of fire breaks between buildings and structures with fire safety requirements;

- access to the facility and access to buildings and structures;

- correct arrangement of utility networks;

- provision of fire-fighting water supply;

- necessity of fire station arrangement.
