Description

Caliber-brackets for shaft control Limit and adjustable caliber-brackets are used (GOST 18358-93 - GOST 18369-93). Limit caliber-brackets include: sheet clamps one-sided and two-sided; stamped single-sided clamps. By purpose, limit calibers are divided into working, receiving and control. Working calibers are designed to monitor parts during their manufacture. They are used by operators and equipment controllers, as well as OTC controllers of the manufacturer. Acceptance calibers are used for acceptance of parts by customer representatives. Caliber-brackets can be single-limit and double-limit. All caliber-brackets can be classified as "incomplete" calibers, since the full caliber for shaft control is the caliber-ring. Brace calibers are made of sheet material or special blanks obtained by casting or stamping. The brackets are made as "rigid" with fixed dimensions or adjustable. Adjustable staples often use hard alloy threads on adjustable cylindrical contact elements to increase wear resistance.
