Description

On the functional diagram of automation in the technological order, the equipment of the dairy processing line is drawn out. Centrifugal pumps monitor humidity by instruments 9-1, 10-1, 11-1, 12-1, pressure by sensors 5-1, 6-1, 7-1, 8-1. Pressure is also controlled on pipelines by instruments 1-1, 2-1, 3-1, 4-1. The pressure is controlled by the PID... 1 8-1 regulator installed on the control board. On plate cooler, pasteurization plant, homogenizer, plate pasteurizer temperature is controlled by devices 13-1, 14-1, 15-1, 16-2. Temperature is controlled by TPM device - 13... 16-2. The operation of the pumps is controlled by a machine installed on the control board. Level gauges with positions 17-1. 18-1. 19-1 are available for liquid level control in tanks. Flow meters with 20-1. 21-1 positions are available for product recording at the inlet and outlet of the line. Light signal equipment is located on the control panel for signalling of critical parameters .
