Automatic gantry wash

Automatic gantry wash is a sink that is equipped with a U-shaped gantry arch and rails. The portal arch is equipped with brushes, water and air supply units.

Before washing, the car enters the portal to the stopping point. During operation, the portal moves along the guides, performing operations according to the selected program. At the same time, the machine stands still.

1. For passenger cars, ISTOBAL M'1 gantry wash is designed with a capacity of up to 8 cars per hour.

2. Istobal's 4PX is designed for washing trucks and buses of large auto companies.

Capacity – up to 20 cars per hour

Water consumption is 180 liters per car, power is 10 kW, power grid parameters, f./V/Hz 3/380/50.
