Introduction
Automation of production processes is the main area of scientific and technological progress, ensuring an increase in labor productivity in mechanical engineering, product quality and a decrease in labor intensity of production.
The task of automating modern engineering is extremely important and urgent.
Automated machine-building production is characterized by a constant increase in product output, a sharp increase in requirements for its quality, and an increasingly frequent change in models of machines and devices, which allows them to continuously improve their designs.
Hence, there is a need to organize flexible, readjustable production, the introduction of flexible technological equipment in all types of production - from small-scale to mass. The main condition is to ensure maximum economic efficiency, that is, the production of products with minimum labor and cash costs.
All this allows us to formulate the main directions of improvement of machine-building production:
1) increase of technological effectiveness of parts, assembly units and products as a whole, unification of their structures;
2) improving the accuracy and quality of blanks, ensuring the stability of the allowance, improving existing ones and creating new methods for producing blanks that reduce their cost and metal consumption;
3) creation of automatic lines and systems of machines for complex manufacturing of parts and assembly of products with inclusion of all operations of technological process (procurement, cutting, heat treatment, electroplating, control, assembly, preservation, packaging, etc.);
4) the development of progressive technological processes - the basis of efficient automation of production, the creation of new methods for processing parts, the choice of the most effective structure of processes and structural layout schemes of equipment, the development of new types and designs of cutting tools that ensure high productivity and quality of processing.
Without automation, high rates of further productivity growth are impossible. One of the main problems in the automation of technological equipment and, in particular, metal cutting machines, is the automation of loading of blanks and unloading (removal) of processed parts, and in the creation of automatic lines, in addition, the automation of transport movements between machines.
Basic Process Analysis
The process route of the part processing includes the following operations:
005. Turning (draft)
Runs in two installs on one operation or each installs as a separate operation.
Turning of external surfaces with allowance for finishing turning is performed.
010. Turning (finished)
Runs in two installs on one operation or each installs as a separate operation.
015. Turning (drill).
020. Thermal.
025. Grinding.
030. Control.
The main technological bases are center holes and shaft journals.
The object of automation is the operations of the part machining process.
Conclusion
In this course project, a robotic technological complex for automated machining of the Shaft part was developed. For RTC, the main equipment was chosen - CNC machines, thanks to which productivity and industrial robots increase, which free a person from monotonous labor and allow you to load and unload heavy blanks and parts, auxiliary equipment: a loading and loading device, a coordinate-measuring machine, a layout was also developed, an algorithm was compiled and a cyclogram of RTC operation was calculated.
