Description

To ensure these regulatory requirements, the project adopted an automatic sprinkler water fire extinguishing installation (AESDP) with deluge curtains as the most effective and economically justified in this case. Deluge curtains protect the doorways of exits to stairs and elevators.

In accordance with paragraphs 4 and 6 of NPB 110-03, protection by automatic installation of sprinkler water fire extinguishing is provided for all rooms, except for the rooms:

- with wet processes (showers, bathrooms, cooling chambers, washing rooms, etc.);

- ventilation chambers (plenum, as well as exhaust, not servicing production rooms of category A or B), pump water supply stations, boiler and other rooms for engineering equipment of the building, in which there are no combustible materials;

- categories B4 and D by fire hazard;

- staircases.

Taking into account the specifics of the rooms of electric panels and machine rooms of elevators, the project does not provide for the protection of these rooms by a water fire extinguishing unit.

The design envisages connection of the fire-fighting pump station to two inputs of the city water pipeline, floor-by-floor piping with indication of pipe sizes and number of sprinklers, as well as equipment of the fire-fighting pump station is selected by calculation.

In addition, in accordance with the requirements of item 6.1 * and Table 2 of SNiP 2.04.01-85 *, item 6.4 of SNiP 21-02-99 *, the premises of the production building are equipped with internal fire water supply with irrigation of each point of the protected rooms with at least two jets with a flow rate of 5 l/s for each. In order to ensure the specified regulatory requirements, the premises are equipped with fire cranes, which are installed on the sprinkler network, which does not contradict the requirements of p. 4.32 NPB 88-01 * and p. 6.6 SNiP 21-02-99 *.

All calculations and equipment selection were made on the basis of NPB 88-01 *, SNiP 2.04.01-85 * and the certificate of emergency control of the Moscow water supply system submitted by the customer.

Sprinkler sprinklers are arranged in accordance with the requirements of item 4.2 and Table 2 of NPB 88-01 * based on the following conditions :

the area protected by one sprinkler is not more than 9m2, the irrigation intensity is not less than 0.32 l/s × m2 - for 1-8 floors. At the same time, sprinkler sprinklers are installed on the 8th (technical) floor if there are burnt materials on this floor;

the area protected by one irrigator is not more than 12m2, the irrigation intensity is not less than 0.12 l/s × m2 - for the basement (parking lot and household premises).

Arrangement of fire cranes is made on ring floor sprinkler network taking into account irrigation of any room point by two jets.

Deluge sprinklers are arranged taking into account sprinkling of openings with intensity not less than 1 l/s by 1 m of opening width.

This section of the project provides for the installation of automatic water fire extinguishing of the warehouse located at the address: Far Eastern Region, Artem, Utkinskaya St. 30.

Characteristics of the object

The design object is part of the under construction warehouse with an area of ​ ​ 4,680 square meters, in axes 3343/A-T, the Yankovsky production and logistics complex at the address: Far Eastern Region, Artem, Utkinskaya St. 30, the room belongs to group 6 (Appendix B. SP5.13130.2009 with revision.).

Functional fire hazard class of buildings and premises according to Federal Law No. 123FZ - F5.2 (Warehouse of products from synthetic materials specific fire load 9011100 Mj/kVm according to MDS 211.98).

Room category as per SP12.1310.2009 with modification 1 - B3 (Specific fire load 1811400 Mj/kVm).

The area of the room is ~ 4,680 m 2 (78.00 x 60.00). The height of the room is 8,00012,000 m., The storage height is 5,500 m.

In accordance with the requirements of SP5.13130.2009, storage buildings of category B with a storage height of 5.5 m or more are protected by the fire extinguishing system regardless of area.

System Description:

Based on the data provided, the working documentation provides for the protection of the facility by installing an upper level of fire extinguishing.

Based on the requirements of the technological process, taking into account the fire hazard of substances and materials, water is accepted as a fire extinguishing substance.

Taking into account the height of the protected room and the peculiarities of material storage, sprinkler high-speed sprinklers of the "SOBR" type are accepted for the installation, designed for uniform distribution of the fire extinguishing agent flow over the protected area and used to extinguish or localize the fire in warehouses.

The distance between the sprinklers along the length and width of the warehouse is not more than 3 m.

Rays of fire extinguishing system are made by Du80 pipe and fittings from steel electric welded pipe GOST 1070491. No more than 20 sprinkler sprinklers are supposed to be installed on each beam. Main and distribution pipelines are made of steel electric welded pipes Du150, GOST 1070491 with a slope towards the drain devices equal to 0.005.

The D150 main pipeline is circular. The main pipeline is equipped with an automatic air sink, for repair and maintenance, each air sink is connected through a threaded ball valve.

The indicator of position of a disk lock is connected to the existing system of automatic equipment of fire extinguishing according to the Task for automation (Task for automation of signaling devices of automatic fire-extinguishing system VLS.01/032015.PT.A), to this project.

For the fire extinguishing system of the warehouse in axes 3343/AT, the project adopted a separate automatic fire extinguishing section with the installation of a separate sprinkler section control unit on the pressure pipeline. Water is supplied to the pressure pipeline by fire pumps installed in the room of the fire fighting pump station. The control unit used is a control and alarm valve with a diameter of 150mm with binding. The control unit is mounted on the pressure pipeline, for repair and maintenance, the unit is cut off by a shutter with a disk interflanch diameter D150mm. Each disk shutter is equipped with a separate device - "Disc Shutter Position Indicator" (UCP).

UKP are connected to the existing system of automatic equipment of fire extinguishing according to the Task for automation (Task for automation of signaling devices of automatic fire-extinguishing system VLS.01/032015.PT.A), to this project.

Control units are located in the sprinkler fire extinguishing room under the mesanin in axes 4243/AB. The number of sprinkler sprinklers per control node does not exceed 800. (SP 5.13130.2009 item 5.2.3).

The structure diagram is displayed on Sheet 2 of this project.

Equipment operation algorithm:

During a fire, the air temperature in the protected inter-stack space rises, as a result, one or more sprinklers are opened above the fire center, which leads to a drop in pressure in the supply and distribution pipelines and the opening of the valve in the control unit. The pressure annunciators of the control unit give a pulse for actuation of the fire alarm.

Pit Job

In sprinkler control units to provide priyamok (Sheet 3), the sizes of 1000х1000х1000 mm. Install the drain pump GNOM 1010 into the pit. Connect the drain pump to the sewerage system.

Connection pipes for fire fighting equipment

In case of loss of power supply of pumps or a pump output out of operation during fire emergence to remove outside branch pipes (branches of pipelines) diameter of Du80 of mm for accession of sleeves of fire trucks with a connecting head with a diameter of 80 mm. The slope of these branches shall ensure their drainage after fire extinguishing and closing of shutoff valves, hydraulic tests, repair works. Check valves and valves controlled from the outside shall be installed. Check valves shall be placed in sprinkler room.

Test lead

For carrying out tests of a system of the top level of fire extinguishing to remove a branch of Du57mm from the main pipeline in axes CT/3839. Install ball valve for testing.

Assignment for power supply

The following equipment shall be connected in the sprinkler control unit room:

Uninterruptible power supply SCAT1200M Din - 220V, 30W. (provided in VLS.01/032015.PT.P1)

Drain pump Gnome 1010 (220) Tp s/y - 220V, 750 W.

Installation Requirements

When installing the pipeline, use attachment units (Sheet 6). Use attachment unit 1 to attach the D150 main pipe to the floor beams. Use attachment unit 2 to attach D150 main pipe and D80 beam pipe to the floor beam. Use attachment unit 3 to attach the D150 main pipe and the D80 beam pipe to the profile. Use attachment unit 4 to attach D150 main pipe to supports. To attach the pipe of D80 beams under the mesanin, use the attachment unit 5. The necessity of using a certain version of attachment is determined during installation.

Before installation of sprinklers it is necessary to check them for markings, absence of mechanical damages of housing arches, socket and connection thread.

To ensure the tightness of the connection, use a sealing material (plumbing flax, anaerobic sealants).

It is not allowed to install the sprinkler, if at sprinkler winding without sealing material into the clutch until stop by force "by hand" the clearance between the clutch end and the end of sprinkler connector with wrench surface is less than 45mm.

At the end of erection works the pipelines are subjected to hydraulic tests with pressure 1.25 times more than the working pressure as per HSV 2509.67-85 procedure.

After installation and hydraulic testing, the pipes at the places of welded joints are covered with anti-corrosion composition, after which the surface of the pipes is painted with oil paint in two layers in accordance with the requirement of GOST 12.4.02676 * SP5.13130.2010. Painting works shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST 12.3.00575 * and SNiP 12042002.
