ATM Store Installation Project

General Explanatory Note

The visual survey of the building was carried out in July 2008.

The place of installation of the ATM is the 1st floor of the Gomel Hotel at Gomel, Station Square 1.

The hotel building is 8-story rectangular in plan with a one-story part protruding along the main facade, on the right side of which there is a Gomel store, where an ATM is installed.

Under part of the hotel building there is a basement. There is no basement at the place of installation of the ATM.

One-story projecting part (on the side of the main facade):

External enclosing structures - stained glass windows of PVC profiles with double-glazed windows .

Slabs - reinforced concrete flat multistage slabs.

Internal partitions - from PVC profiles with filling with double-glazed windows and sandwich type.

The roof is flat roll.

Visor - reinforced concrete. Located along the main facade. Visor departure from the plane of stained glass windows - 1070 mm. It is sheathed on the facade side with composite slabs of the Alucobond type.

The base part protrudes beyond the plane of stained glass windows by 720 mm. It is covered with 370x245x70 mm dry pressing plates on cement sand mortar. The finish of the basement is cement-sand plaster.

Blind area - from sidewalk reinforced concrete plates of 500х500х70 mm in one row.

The building has: water supply, sewerage, heating, electric lighting - from city networks.

Architectural and construction solutions

NPP design section is designed for the following construction conditions:

- climatic conditions of construction as per SNB 2.04.02-2000:

a) climatic area - II B,

b) design ambient air temperature - 240 С,

- construction conditions as per SNiP 2.01.07-85:

a) wind speed head - 0.23 kPa (I wind area),

b) standard weight of snow cover - 0.8 kPa (I B snow area).

As a conditional elevation of 0.000 in the project, the level elevation of the existing floor of the first floor is adopted, which corresponds to an absolute elevation of 139.64 according to the general plan.

The project provides for the installation of an ATM on the ground floor of the store. The terminal of the ATM faces the street and is located within the boundaries of the existing stained glass window. Part of the existing stained glass window at the place of installation of the ATM is dismantled, and replaced with a new stained glass window of PVC profile with a window on the dimensions of the terminal.

The safe part of the ATM is located inside the store and is installed on the base. The basis is carried out by overall dimensions 640х800х300 of L50x5 in accordance with GOST 850986 with a covering from four sides a steel sheet of thicknesses. 3 mm and fixed to the floor with steel anchors (included in the ATM).

To use the ATM, a porch is arranged with paving tiles made of fine-grained concrete F250 W6 brand P 20.10.8-m-a STB 107197. Porch foundations are made of cast-in-situ concrete of class C25/30 F150. Plates of overlapping of a porch are provided P10d5 brands 1480х740 mm in size on series 3.006.1-2.87 with an opiraniye on beams from channel No. 12 in accordance with GOST 824097.

Stainless steel fences are conditionally accepted by the production of Horizontal: - type M12 - on the porch and basement of the building; - type M2 - on the border of the path to the porch. Fences are attached: porch fences - to floor slabs; fences of the base part of the building - to the side of the base part; on the border of the track - with sealing in the ground.

Conclusions:

In order to install the ATM according to the visual examination and the design task, it is necessary to perform the following measures:

- in the place of porch arrangement for access to the ATM, as well as passages to it - remove part of the pavement from reinforced concrete paving slabs;

- repair the basement plaster with subsequent painting.
