Description

According to the materials of the conclusion on engineering and geological surveys, the building is based on medium strength sandy sand with the following design characteristics: Y = 20.3 kN/m3- s = 14 kPa- = 22 - E = 13 MPa.

Water supply and sewerage

Water supply

The source of water supply of the designed extension is the city water supply Du 100 mm along Kalinin St. A well is designed on the tie-in, in which a fire hydrant and a disconnecting valve are installed.

Water supply is provided to the basement of the building in the room of the heat station. A water metering unit is installed to account for water consumption. For hot water supply the heat exchanger designed in the section "OV" is installed. Hot water circulation is provided.

Cold and hot water is supplied to sanitary devices and to the shower cabin.

Internal fire extinguishing of the building is not required.

External water supply is designed from polyethylene pressure pipe as per GOST 185992001 Du 32 mm. Internal hot and cold water supply systems are accepted from steel water and gas pipes of light galvanized pipes "for thread rolling" as per GOST 326275 * DN 15-32 mm.

Sewerage

Disposal of domestic effluents is designed to the existing pit of domestic sewage Du 150 mm laid from the ZTsGiE building.

The internal domestic sewage system is designed from polypropylene sewage pipes of TU 2248043002845812000 Du 50 and 100 mm.

In the basement of the building, in the room of the heat station, an automated drain pump is provided in the drain pit. Drainage discharge is provided for the pavement outside the building.

The project provides for the transfer of a section of existing domestic sewage under the designed transition gallery, with the replacement of pipelines and their laying in cases along the existing route. Laid pipelines are accepted from PVC pipes DN 100 and 150 mm, cases - from asbestos cement pressure pipes as per GOST 53980 DN 200 mm.

The section of the existing inactive sewage Du 150 mm falling under the building is to be buried, the wells of the inactive sewage are to be filled with soil from the pit during the construction of the building.

Removal of surface effluents is provided along the relief to the adjacent territory, according to the existing scheme.
