Description
To separate the mixture of gases, refluxes, gasoline into constituent components, the AGFU-1 plant uses a rectification process - multiple evaporation and condensation of the mixture components in continuous columns of the tray type.
Depending on the number of obtained products, when dividing multicomponent mixtures into AGFU-1, columns K-6, K-7, -8, K-40, K-41 are used to obtain two oil products and rectification column K-10 to obtain three oil products.
Each column has a stripping section located below the feed tray feed. The desired product of the stripping section is liquid bottoms. Concentration section is arranged in columns above feed tray.
The target product of the K-10 concentration section is rectificate pairs - upper oil product.
